1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, engaging our security assessment services, or utilizing our platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.
2. Cybersecurity Services & Authorization
All offensive security assessments, penetration testing, VAPT, and red teaming activities are performed strictly under authorized Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and written Rules of Engagement (RoE). Unsanctioned testing of systems or infrastructure not explicitly owned or authorized by the client is prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property & Deliverables
All reports, audit artifacts, and security assessments provided to clients become the confidential property of the client upon full payment. Cynox Security retains all proprietary methodologies, toolkits, scripts, and frameworks developed independently.
4. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cynox Security LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of service usage beyond the terms set forth in executing service contracts.
Governing Law: Jurisdiction of the Courts of Noida / Jharkhand, India, and applicable international cybersecurity trade agreements.
